Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Chili's Dishwasher provides guest and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. You will report to the Chili's General Manager, Chili's Assistant General Manager, Chili's Shift Manager, or Chili's Food Service Supervisor.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour | Hourly, Part Time | Schedule and Shift: 5 days per week with rotating days off and the schedule will be provided weekly , must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. |

Primary Tasks:

• You will provide guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate ware, glassware, and equipment.

• You will set up dish machine in the AM and close down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures.

• You will maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.

• You will perform job responsibilities as assigned with outside cleaning and facility upkeep.

• You will trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions.

• You will wash plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans and kitchen utensils following sanitation and cleaning procedures.

• You will keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.

• You will clean and sanitize throughout the shift.

• You will complete assigned prep work.

• You will perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.

• You will follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.

• You will assist other Team Members or when needs dictate.

• You will perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

MINIMUM

• Stands/walk 100% of shift

• Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently

• Lifts and carries weights of up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift; place these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and freezer

• Work indoors 75%, outdoors 25%

• Work frequently in hot and damp environment

• Verbalize and respond to Team Members and Managers

• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

• Work in hot and damp environment

• Prior janitorial experience (one year)
