Job description
The dishwasher & busser completes janitorial and support tasks in restaurants and other places that serve food. These tasks make sure tableware, utensils, cooking equipment and kitchen and dining environment are clean and ready for diners and cooking staff.
Responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, assisting food servers with table service, operating the dishwasher machine and maintaining the cleanliness of dishware and silverware of the restaurant.
