We are looking for organized, attentive, and friendly people to join our dispatching team. As a dispatcher, you will be working with customers and technicians to schedule routine and emergency repairs via phone and other applications. You will be the driving force in helping our technicians get to their jobs and follow up appointments.

Wage: Starting $18-$20 per hour based upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical staff
• Maintain professional and positive in an active work environment
• Execute calls through a digital system
• Addressing client questions and concerns
• Set appointments for services
• Accurately input client information
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in plumbing and HVAC a plus; we are willing to train the right person
• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan, Slack, and Google G Suite a plus
• Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive motions such as typing, and to talk and listen at length during work hours.
