Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Security Dispatcher to join our team. The Security Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating security activities, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety of our premises. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards their work.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and dispatch security personnel as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, dispatches, and other relevant information
• Work closely with security personnel to ensure the safety of the premises
• Conduct regular checks of security equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Notify appropriate personnel of any potential security issues
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary
• Conduct investigations into security incidents as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a security dispatcher or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
