What You’ll Do
The Distribution Clerk is responsible for counting and restocking assigned PAR locations throughout the hospital in a timely manner while utilizing all available resources. Helps ensure all Materials Management activities are completed when needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for putting away central storeroom freight daily.
- Responsible for counting PAR levels and restocking assigned areas.
- Responsible for making adjustment to the Lawson system when shortages or any count variances are noticed.
- Responsible for refilling and checking crash carts when they are brought down by Pharmacy.
- Pull and deliver requisitions that are keyed into Materials Management.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Materials.
What You’ll Bring
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge/Experience: Computer skills, math, good oral and written communication. Ability to operate hand truck, manual pallet jacket, box cutters and other moving machinery.
