DME ASSISTANT

Reporting to/Supervised by

General Manager

Description of Responsibilities

The DME Assistant is responsible for assisting the General Manager with directing and monitoring operations of the company so that the goals of the company are consistently and successfully achieved, ensuring the effective performance of the company.

Full-Time

Responsibilities of the DME Assistant include the following:

• Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
• Implement internal processes to measure, assess, and improve the performance of the company.
• Ensure consistently high quality of service by the company.
• Must attend meetings to evaluate the performance of the company.
• Ensure ongoing company compliance with all laws and regulations; ensure that the company meets or exceeds accreditation standards; and implement ‘’best practices’’ in all departmental activities.
• Carry out responsibilities of the top executive in charge of the company in case of his/her absence, with full authority.
• Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
• Participate in the company’s Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
• Direct and participate in company committees when requested.
• Participate in in-service education programs provided by the company.
• Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to make deliveries as deemed to do so.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must Be Professional
• Must have Computer Skills.
• Ability to organize and plan the activities of subordinates, and to delegate appropriately.
• Must organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to evaluate options and make efficient decisions.
• Experience in the industry a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Effective Communication and Time Management Skills.
