Location: 91 Lawson Rd SE, Leesburg, VA 20175
Old Mill Kennel is an upscale pet resort that provides care for dogs and cats while owners are away for vacation, business travel, etc. We are looking for individuals to provide conscientious care for our guests.
Job Summary: The Dog Walker/Exerciser will provide top quality care for the pets by balancing daily physical exercise with mental enrichment. Responsibilities:

Shift Details: This is a part-time position, schedule TBD. Availability to work every other weekend, as well as some holidays, is required. We're open 365 days/year.

How you'll make an impact:

Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.

Take dogs outside to designated fenced in area for potty breaks throughout the day.
- Take dogs outside for playtime in our yard.
- Walking dogs by leash.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to exchange accurate information with team members.- Excellent communication skills with dogs and people.
- A calm, nurturing, and confident attitude.
- A strong understanding of dog behavior and human body language.
- Patience when working with dogs and people who may learn at different paces.
