Job description
Support Facility Operations by maintaining and updating the CAD drawings of the client facility.
- Update existing facility drawings based on redlined drawings and field inspections.
- Create new drawings from sketches.
- Maintain quality of drawing database by updating revision levels, approval dates, affected drawings lists, etc.
- Navigate drawing layers to provide customers with requested drawings and PDFs.
- Provide multiple scenarios of floor layouts for office spaces and production areas in support of expansions and relocations.
- Drawing content will include architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, P&IDs, Lock Tag-out, and controls schematics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Assures proper approval of drawings per SOPs to maintain compliance with documentation.
