Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage catalog inventory on marketplaces (Amazon/eBay/Walmart)
• Ensure orders ship by Marketplace deadlines.
• Maintain & verify inventory to ensure order integrity.
• Locate and correct errors that could prevent listings from showing.
• Assisting in the managing of our online product offerings.
• Proofing item listings for accurate spelling, descriptions, images, etc.
• Suggesting new items for addition, feature, hiding or removal.
• Researching information for customers regarding delivery of product, stock statuses, credit, special orders, shipping exceptions, pricing, etc. across multiple platforms.
• Communicating with Transportation and the Warehouse to ensure process work correctly.
• Coordinating with A/R and the Warehouse to resolve any billing issues
• Identifying items that would fit our FBA/WFS plan and prepare the items for shipping.
• Coordinates UPS, customer PU and emergency deliveries with the shipping department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and experience buying and selling on eBay, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Center

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel while meeting deadlines

• Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others

• Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software

• Bilingual Mandarin/English is strongly encouraged

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

Salary DOE + Health/Dental/Vision & benefits available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
