Job description

This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible position. Appointment periods are for the course session(s) with consideration for reappointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with campus enrollments by working with students to help enroll them in their preferred classes, as well as, assist with same day enrollments.
  • Coordinate field trips and help students get on the correct bus.
  • Provide instructor support, this includes managing supplies, attendance, and assist instructors on classroom tasks.
  • Provide student support
  • Assist in emergency situations, Education Program Associates identify when it is time to call 911 and to notify parents.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the ACED program.
  • Experience with a fire department, ambulance, or EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) experience/certification is preferred.

Shift

ACED classes are held on Saturday mornings. This position is expected to work 5 hours per week.
