Position Summary
The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing support to the Conestoga Energy Partners, Corporate Safety Manager for the Arkalon Ethanol production facility in regards to facility operations and to ensure compliance with OSHA Standards and Federal and State Environmental laws. In addition, this position is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, reporting and keeping current applicable permits. The EH&S Manager is responsible for the development, review and implementation of all environmental, health and safety training programs for the facility and conducting training of these programs.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience
- Proven work experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Basic understanding of environmental regulations
- Ability to manage and direct projects independently
