Specialized Recruiting Group - Cincinnati Northwest is currently seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to fill an immediate 1st Shift opening in West Chester, OH!
Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct safety training, activities, and projects
- Responsible for internal safety audits and issues corrective actions
- Documentation and recordkeeping of safety data to include tracking accidents in the OSHA recordkeeping system, and maintaining a training matrix
- Creates safety training materials
- Conducts training sessions involving safety, new hire orientation, and ongoing facility training requirements
- Assists facility personnel in the performance of Risk Assessments and Observational Behavior Audits
- Perform other duties as assigned
Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Previous experience as Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator is required
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required
- Previous experience in the Plastics Industry
- Problem Solving Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office
Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Compensation: $65-75K

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- EHS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
