Electrical and HVAC Contractor currently seeking a qualified and ambitious person to fill the position of Electrical Project Manager. We are experiencing tremendous growth and looking for the right candidate(s) to help us maintain our exceptional reputation and client base.

We are a privately held company, located in Graham, NC that specializes in Electrical, HVAC and Controls. Our focus varies from Hospital Electrical, New construction, Hotel, Electrical Service, commercial electrical, industrial electrical, building automation and many others. While our primary focus is the triad and triangle of NC, we seek opportunities throughout NC.

The Electrical Project manager reports directly to the Construction Manager.

His/Her primary duty will be to seek and pursue bid opportunities through the following methods: 1.) Emailed invitations

2.) Calling existing customers

3.) Utilizing online bid boards

Once an opportunity is identified, the estimator will:

1.) Follow Company written procedures for performing bid and estimates.

2.) Perform accurate take off

3.) Contact Vendors and submit materials for quotations.

4.) Enter takeoff into estimating software.

5.) Review with manager

6.) Once approved, submit to customer. .

Qualifications

1. 2 years' experience in the electrical trade preferred.

2. High School Diploma or equivalent minimum. College degree preferred.

3. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.

4. Valid driver's license with good record.

5. Great written and verbal skills.

6. Able to communicate professionally

7. Team Player with positive attitude and ability to work in a professional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
