The HT Group currently looking for Elevator Construction Manager who have experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US. Job Duties:
- Prepare estimates for clients
- Meet with clients during the project
- Schedule workers for projects
- Meet with architect and construction workers at the job site
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress on projects
- Meet deadlines
- Process change orders
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful execution
- 5+ years managing a team of constructions workers or general contractors
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of construction permits, legal requirements and construction procedures
