The Embroidery Shop Manager (ESM) will be responsible for the overall operation of the embroidery shop with the Scrubs & Beyond Retail location in Miami, Florida.

The right candidate for this position would have some prior sewing or embroidery knowledge, supervisory experience, a high level of organizational skills and a proven Customer Service track record.

• Operate a Baruden Single head embroidery machine
• Computer skills to include Word and Excel
• Manage a staff of embroidery associates
• Provide excellent customer service
• Commitment to an outstanding quality standard
• Ability to Multitask
• High detail level
• Flexibility
• Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness

• Some college preferred
• Experience supervising 3 or more individuals
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must

• Constant standing and walking
• Constant reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching
• Frequent lifting up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Occasional climbing and descending ladders and step stools
• Hearing with or without correction to understand verbal communication
• Visual acuity to perform any activity where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach
