The Emission Coordinator, for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache’s Planning Support team at the company’s Midland, TX office reporting to the ROC Manager.

This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Review/process Emission notifications. Notify work centers of priority notifications
• Maintain documentation and steward work orders through multiple teams and systems.
• Coordinate with Emissions Foreman, Maintenance Foremen, Technicians, Management, and other support functions to accomplish goals
• Create and Close out work orders as requested by employees and contractors
• Schedule work orders as they generate
• Generate reports on work orders such as scheduled, backlog, partially closed, orders on hold, etc.
• Track and report deadlines associated with work orders and PMs
• Plan, Schedule, Chair Weekly Planning / Scheduling Meeting
• Maintain/Distribute Emission Maintenance, LDAR work schedules
• Create and send out reports as requested by HSSE, Environmental, Maintenance.
• Develop / Maintain / Distribute Shut in List reports
• Stay current with HSE A Game Learning
• Participate in Apache Safety Programs
• Set up new equipment functional locations in SAP
• Monitor/Review MoC’s for action.
• Activity (These activities are in addition to the ones listed above)
• Maintain CMMS system for Emissions Team
• Schedule Work Orders in SAP CMMS
• Meet with Emissions and Maintenance Teams to schedule work based on availability of process equipment, repair parts/materials/Equipment & work force resource availability
• Participate in MoC program to ensure changes on equipment are documented and approved prior to releasing a work order to a schedule
• Plan, Resource and Schedule Emission Inspections as defined in the PM Work Orders
• Participate in contractor vendor selection

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
• 5+ yrs in Oil and Gas operating environment.
• Excellent communication skills including computer-based technical writing and technical editing
• Proficient in MS Office with special emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to function daily in SAP PM Module and train others on basic tasks and reports.
• Proficient in document control, records retention, and record keeping. Competencies
