Responsibilities & Requirements:
The End-User Computing Tech position duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide dedicated desktop support to an assigned location or business area/function.
- Receive desktop support incidents; identify and resolve workstation issues remotely or by visiting end-user PCs. Document all resolutions.
- Provide basic or intermediate support to end-users on desktop applications.
- Participate in the deployment of new applications and technologies.
- Participate in the hardware request process (receive, assess, deliver and install).
- Participate in the on-call schedule to provide as-needed support during off-hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent of education, certification, and experience
- 1 year of relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software applications
