The Riboli Family has maintained a major presence in the wine industry community for over 100 years. The success of our 4th generation family-owned wine company is reflected in our grass-roots approach to business, endless dedication and forward-thinking. The Riboli Family is the proud producer of award-winning Wines including Stella Rosa, San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque and we are looking for Enologist to join our Winemaking and Production team in Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

· Lab analysis

· Work order computer entry

· Planning of blends, filtrations, bottlings, topping, etc.

· Barrel forklifting

· Bottling work orders and calendar

· Ordering parts and bottling supplies

· Bottling line supervision

· Inoculations

· Managing inventory or bottling materials

· Managing inventory of bottling line parts

· Duties subject to change depending on business needs

Mandatory Requirements:

· College degree in chemistry, winemaking, or related science

· General lab skills

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· General computer skills

· U.S. Citizen or proper foreign work visa/green card

Preferred:

· Several years of experience in wine production

· Strong experience with winemaking programs (WMDB)

· Basic Spanish skills

· Mechanical skills

Schedule:

· Full-time
