JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for maintaining the entry and maintenance of the customer database. Maintains customer files and data according to regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generates customer correspondence and distributes information.
- Creates and maintains customer eligibility in the database.
- Reviews information to determine requirements.
- Reviews and processes enrollment information to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Accountable for meeting quality and production benchmarks as determined by management.
- Communicates with internal and external customers as it pertains to enrollment information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with personnel at various levels.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Two years working in an administrative function for a health care institution, insurance company or medical group preferred.
