This is an entry level position designed for motivated individuals interested in learning from seasoned revenue cycle professionals. Candidates will be teamed with a mentor to learn the skills necessary for success.

Typical Day:

As a new member of the Insurance and Billing Team in Revenue Cycle, you will learn various aspects of revenue cycle management. After training and mentorship, you will work independently to support a healthy AR to achieve USOSM standards. You will learn to maximize reimbursement and insure rapid account resolution.

Our typical workday is 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday – Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Our work week is typically 40 hours. Working hours may vary depending upon departmental needs.

Position Requirements:

The most important requirement of this position is the capability to genuinely serve our patients, Partner Practices, department, and coworkers. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:

Completion of high school or equivalent.
Desire to learn revenue cycle, including insurance and billing.
Work and/or educational histories which demonstrate growth.
A record of taking initiative and ownership of your position
Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
