Job description
Work week: Rotating schedule (Monday through Friday, no weekends, must have availability for the following shifts on a rotating schedule)
- Day Shift – for 3 weeks (7:00am to 3:00pm)
- Midshift – for 3 weeks (3:00pm to 11:00pm)
- Night Shift- for 3 weeks (11:00pm to 7:00am)
Minimum Required Experience; Must have manufacturing experience. Stabile job history. Good communication skills.
Education / Certifications: High School Diploma or GED
Reasons for disqualification: Must be able to pass a background check, must be able to pass a drug screen, must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and willing to stand for long periods of time.
Position overview
You will be part of our manufacturing teams who are safely producing our products in an environmentally responsible manner. This includes but is not limited to taking samples from our production lines, handling raw materials, filling our products into their different packages and handling waste materials. We will train you and teach you everything you need to know about the job, there is no prior experience needed. Are you willing and able to work in shifts and are you looking to learn and grow? Responsibilities
In your team, you will be responsible for
- The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment
- Ensuring production of material meets strict Quality standards
- Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors
- Taking samples during the manufacturing process
- Pumping our final products into their packages (eg drums, tank wagons or others)
- Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored
Required skills and experience
- Fluent English skills required
We are looking for candidates who bring excellent communication skills to
- Assist in training our junior operators
- Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met
- Ensure efficient and accurate information transfer between different shifts

- Have an excellent attendance record
- A forklift driver’s license is a plus
Qualifications
- No higher education required
- Prior experience in (chemical) manufacturing is a plus
Physical requirements
- Long periods of standing
- Walking and sitting
- Ability to wear certified safety equipment as required
- Lifting capability of up to 40 pounds/20kg
- Climbing ladders
- Repetitive movements among others
