Position Summary:

This position is responsible to ensure time-sensitive calibrations, preventative maintenance, equipment qualifications required for ISO certification are properly documented in the system used to maintain capital assets and quality control requirements. This person will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor and equipment technicians to schedule, track, and complete documentation and maintenance in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment that require calibration is identified
  • Track, schedule and coordinate the completion of equipment preventative maintenance
  • Tracking equipment inventory, changes, and impacts
  • Communicate with vendors to update and renew service contracts
  • Resolve non-conformance reports on failed calibrations by working with the equipment owners and the quality assurance team
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve issues with software
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • or a Technical or Associate degree and 1-3 year of relevant experience
  • or, Bachelor’s degree in a related field of computer science and 0-3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of VOIP systems
  • Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Skilled in planning, organization, time management and multi-tasking
  • Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking, including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate an appropriate course of action considering all relevant variables
