Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience related to the Product Manager responsibilities with investment securities, annuities and/or other financial services products.
• Series 7, Series 66 or (Series 63 and 65), Series 24 required or must obtain within 6 months of employment
• Knowledge of alternative investments, mutual funds, investment advisory products and general securities
• Strong Microsoft office skills required, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Having intellectual curiosity and ommitment to expanding knowledge of investment products and industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $54,000- $79,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
