Estate Pool/Groundskeeper (Private Residence)
Outside work: Home, Lawn and Pool maintenance
- Mow, weed, trim lawn
- Plant as needed
- Maintain bushes/shrubs
- Irrigation knowledge a plus
- General lawn upkeep
- Clean swimming pool including skimmer baskets
- Monitor pool pumps, backwash as needed
- Monitor chemical/salt levels, adjust as needed
- Order/pick-up supplies as needed
- General swimming pool upkeep
- General, light, home maintenance as needed
- Gutter cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
Equipment:
- Zero turn mower
- Weedeater
- Hedge trimmer
- Edger
- Leaf blower
- Chain saw
- Snow blower
- Others as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year + experience in lawn and landscaping
- Pool maintenance/knowledge
- Driver's license
- Background check
- Drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Lone Jack, MO 64070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
