ASC Profiles LLC is the leading manufacturer of steel roof and wall products and structural roof and floor deck in the Western U.S., servicing customers from eight locations. ASC Profiles services various segments of the steel construction industry through its three divisions, AEP Span, ASC Steel Deck and ASC Building Products.

ASC Steel Deck is a leading supplier and manufactures a complete line of structural, floor and roof deck that has been fully tested and evaluated for commercial construction applications for the construction market in the Western United States. ASC Steel Deck supplies structural, roof and floor deck solutions to commercial and industrial markets which are sold through an established network of knowledgeable brokers, deck sub-contractors, steel erectors and steel fabricators.

The Estimator is responsible for estimating all qualified projects, clearing up any questions on the design contract drawings, giving the proper OSR the correct information to bid these projects competitively, increase our chances on landing more purchase orders with customers while increasing our market share in the industry. This position will work very closely to our Outside Sales Representatives.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• In lieu of degree, combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in Estimating, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Experience with Auto CAD, Blue Beam, estimating software programs, MS Teams, cloud based file transfer programs.

Preferred:

• 
  5+ years of experience in Estimating, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Construction management or construction related work experience ideal and/or equivalent combination of education and training in building construction with an understanding of installation techniques and terminology.

  Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, technical and contract documents, able to work independently, strong telephone communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information in an understandable manner

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
