Event Associate, Palace Theatre, Part Time
Job description
Westmoreland Cultural Trust is seeking highly motivated people to take the next step in the hospitality field in a part-time position.
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Event Support and cleaning in the performing arts center.
- Perform job duties with the visitor’s experience in mind, contributing to the team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of The Palace Theatre interior and exterior, including all public spaces and restrooms.
- Event support at public and private events including moving banquet tables and chairs, executing open/close procedures.
- Inventory supplies, restocking.
Qualifications
- Commitment to providing excellent service with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Cheerful disposition and ability to work well with the public, self-motivated with attention to detail, highly organized and efficient.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience helpful in Housekeeping, Facilities Coordination, or Supply Management.
- Lifting/moving supplies up to 35 pounds.
Flexible schedule: day/evening/weekends.
Age 18+
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour
