Job description

We are looking for someone who wants to join our event sales team. Strong people and communication skills are a must.

• Represent the venue as you give tours and create the vision for each client
• Have one-on-one meetings to help plan the event and walk the party through the event whether a corporate event or a wedding couple through their big day
• Be present on the day of the event to help event run smoothly
• Work with vendors before and during events.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Be willing to learn and memorize the facts of our venue
• Having a calming demeanor and be a helping guide when needed
• Have experience in working with people face-to-face
• Willing to show up on time in professional attire and positive attitude
• Available to work week days and weekends.
• Daily administrative duties.
• Assist venue with event sales when needed.
• Asssist venue with music concerts when needed.
• Experience booking events a plus but not required.
• Experience in corporate or wedding event sales a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lavon, TX 75166: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• concert booking: 1 year (Preferred)
• event sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• event management: 1 year (Preferred)
