Christmas in Color is looking to hire a motivated team that is skilled, self-starters, and has a positive attitude to contribute to this event's success! As a crew member, your primary responsibilities will be to set up metal structures, hang lights, and perform various general tasks. Our Site Manager will give direction and instructions.

Duties
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Working with a variety of power tools
- Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties

Responsibilities*
- Physical demands: Able to stand/walk for the duration of a 6-8+ hour shift in all weather conditions
- Typical hours per week: 10-40 hrs. (Overtime is possible)
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
