Job description
- Assist recruitment team in identifying candidates for all open roles.
- Maintain regular communication with existing client base to ensure client satisfaction while leveraging new opportunities in similar markets.
- Help manage administrative tasks.
- Learn and assist with our internal booking software and processes.
- Respond appropriately to feedback from clients regarding all aspects of the business.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Develop a personal awareness of local employee database to provide clients with individualized service.
- Analyze industry trends and data to expand prospective client base.
- Partner with Vice President and Recruiter to proactively identify new permanent placement opportunities.
- Learn the recruitment process and Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Uphold HMG+’s four P’s of Hospitality: Punctuality, Presentation, Performance, and Personality.
- This position reports directly to the Vice President of HMG+.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passionate about hospitality.
- Thrive on building long-standing relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional travel as required based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
- Hospitality Business program preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality-related field preferred.
- Related job or internship experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with a CRM is a plus.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
