• Assist recruitment team in identifying candidates for all open roles.
• Maintain regular communication with existing client base to ensure client satisfaction while leveraging new opportunities in similar markets.
• Help manage administrative tasks.
• Learn and assist with our internal booking software and processes.
• Respond appropriately to feedback from clients regarding all aspects of the business.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Develop a personal awareness of local employee database to provide clients with individualized service.
• Analyze industry trends and data to expand prospective client base.
• Partner with Vice President and Recruiter to proactively identify new permanent placement opportunities.
• Learn the recruitment process and Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Uphold HMG+’s four P’s of Hospitality: Punctuality, Presentation, Performance, and Personality.
• This position reports directly to the Vice President of HMG+.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Hospitality Business program preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality-related field preferred.
• Related job or internship experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with a CRM is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
