ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced SVP or EVP to join our global Creative brand team. Our growing Creative organization needs a seasoned organizational and client leader to pave the way for more Integrated work and help us continue to build a global Creative team. You’ll be responsible for providing sound strategic guidance to both colleagues and our clients, while helping unlock our best Creative thinking in partnership with our Creative teams.
You’ll serve as a leader and resource to the team and to the Zeno culture as a whole, while significantly contributing to the performance and revenue of the group by partnering with the senior leadership. You will also oversee client service function for program planning, problem solving and strategic counsel as well as work with the team to establish appropriate and profitable client budgets.

Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic counsel, guidance, and leadership, supervising several team members, and ensuring the team's success by managing work quality and productivity levels
    • Develop strategic, visionary plans for clients and communicate them compellingly with supporting recommendations and substantive logic
    • Foster and maintain relationships with client contacts and internal agency partners
    • Champion integration and collaboration with account teams to elevate ideas and mine for business growth opportunities
    • Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand scope of work using network capabilities; lead new business outreach process and win business
    • Think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs, identifying opportunities to infuse more integrated thinking and services into the work
    • Drive learning and ongoing education with the immediate team and across the agency through sharing a deep understand of the Creative process
    • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals
    • Mentor, coach and support team members ensuring constant development of their skills
    • Consistently hold self and staff accountable for behavior and performance
    • Seek and suggest process improvements and support positive change initiatives
    • Unlock new opportunities for Zeno through your existing relationships
    • Effectively manage staff utilization to meet profitability targets
    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law
    • At least 12 years of experience in Creative or digital agency
    • Demonstrated success in shepherding great Creative work
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be experienced as charismatic, compelling, credible, and authentic to internal and external audiences
    • Demonstrates advanced strategic thinking capability, supporting recommendations and counsel with substantive arguments
    • Must have excellent presentation skills, with proven success in developing compelling decks and winning new business
    • Must have a history of success leading teams and developing talent
    • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities and a collaborative attitude
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MSOffice, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and operate at a fast pace
    • A desire to roll up your sleeves and get the job done as well demonstrate strong leadership across the agency

Pay range: $183,000 to $280,000/year USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
