About the Job
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining the Executive Team, growing client relationships, client satisfaction, and managing operations of the business retention department. The Executive Administrative Assistant must have strong project management experience, be extremely well organized, have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be energetic, and be able to thrive in a team environment. The Executive Administrative Assistant interacts and maintains excellent professional relationships with the USSI team to provide technical consultations, research, recommendations, and delivery of technical solutions to clients.

  • Location: Lake Mary, FL (Not Remote).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 annually.

Required Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment.
Preferred Education, Skills, and Qualities:
  • Strong knowledge of customer service.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with demonstrated and proven satisfaction results.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to learn and develop themselves within the company.
  • Participation in USSI’s educational programs, (Lunch and Learns, LOMA, HIAA, etc.).
  • Motivated.

  • Organized.
  • Efficient; and
  • Independent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective retention strategies.
  • Building business relationships with clients through research, identification, and qualification.
  • Collaborating with the leadership, sales, and technical teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Reviews the client status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
  • Creating informative presentations and delivering them to clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of client needs to offer solutions and support.
  • Maintaining the CRM.
