Job Duties:

  • Email (Gmail)-Comprehensive knowledge and ability to organize an inbox, marking high priority emails and removing/answering low priority messages.
  • Calendar (Google Calendar & Calendly)- Manage and schedule meetings, communicatie with attendees all important details. Comprehensive knowledge of Google Meetings and Caldenly.
  • Full ownership and administration of Google Drives and all files on the Drive. This would include but not limited to; Aslan admin files, employee files and executive shared drives.
  • Update and maintain employee spreadsheet, roster, compensation, structure, last execution, addendums, start dates, birthdays.
  • Update and maintain compensation plans. Ensure that all compensation plans are; complete, accurate, signed and stored correctly.
  • Full written notes in executive, board meetings and others as necessary.
  • Minor accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Document processes- create redundancy within the team.
  • Manage expenses, receipts, invoices and VA renewal invoices.
  • Manage Production Reports (Excel or Google Sheet Expert).

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Google Suite Expert (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets etc.)
  • Knowledge of Calendly.
  • Excel Expert (Can be Google Sheets expert too)
  • Smartsheets expert

Nice to have:

Experience in the mortgage industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Google Suite: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Google Sheets or Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
