Position Introduction:

Role Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated skills in effective communication, organization, and multitasking.
  • Uses independent judgment to create reports, business documents, complex admin work and presentations as required.
  • Maintains and protects confidential information.
  • Coordinates travel, itineraries, plan coordination.
  • Schedule and maintain appointments and update calendars.
  • Follows an organized/documented management process for electronic and paper documents.
  • Performs tasks ensuring compliance of time.
  • Ability to create professional positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Continuously develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients to understand the business and client needs.
  • Other related duties as required.

Education & Experience:


  • 3+ years related experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience within a professional environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in HR function and support
  • Demonstrated organization and multitasking abilities while meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Experience in process mapping, project management, and/or business improvement processes asset.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Drug and alcohol screening, Criminal record check
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR/Driver abstract
  • Must have reliable transportation
