Real Estate office Executive Assistant (Part time 25 - 30 hrs week)

Essential Responsibilities
Develop an administrative support system for a Keller Williams real estate agent focused in the North Florida (Nassau County area). This position will have the potential to work remotely based on experience / agent needs.

  • Lead generation and follow up with current, former and future clients and back-office administrative support.
  • Responsible for database management, finance reports and reviews
  • Coordinate and schedule all showings, inspections, meetings and obligations on behalf of the lead agent and related professionals.
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Highly organized and a self starter to keep the lead agent informed regarding any business activities that require attention.
  • Development of an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Occasional weekend / evening hours will be expected for client appreciation events or other related activities.
  • Transaction coordination may be an added responsibility if looking for Full time work.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Use of Office 365 / Word, Excel / Docu-sign
  • Detailed written and verbal communication skills
  • social media/marketing
  • Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Customer Service / Relationship Focused
  • 3 – 5 years of high-level administrative experience
  • Strong Knowledge of real estate business (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
