We are searching for a dynamic individual that will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while being a strategic thought partner for our leadership team. We are seeking someone who is proactive, organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-growing organization.

Essential Duties

  • Manage an active and dynamic calendar, resolving conflicting demands, coordinating meeting logistics for participants; ensures necessary documentation is provided for meetings
  • Monitors and responds to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Arrange business travel, itineraries, and agendas
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Active participant in leadership meetings; documents plans and action items as requested
  • Organize logistics for all company meeting presentation materials, meeting information and communications as required
  • Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence and presentations
  • Conduct or prepare research needed for quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with key leaders on projects as needed; working cross-functionally across the organization
  • Leverage internal network and teams to effectively manage workflow
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Contribute to encouraging, high performing team culture
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior-level executives
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience

Required Skills and Responsibilities

  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external leadership meetings
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with board members, and other external contacts
  • Possess advanced writing and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and sound decision making
  • Organizational and time management skills with strong initiative and strategic thought process
  • Confirmed ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and judgement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
