:hire is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Coordinator for a client partner in the Jackson, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting senior-level executives long-term and making sure that they're able to focus on their core responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant/Coordinator serves as the liaison between the clients & their customers. The coordinator will assist with contractual and service fulfillment needs and provide dedicated service support to clients and their staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage office traffic.
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate person.
- Track client experience across online and offline touchpoints
- Identify client & Executive needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the office including distribution of all mail and packages.
- Place all orders for office supplies and maintain office inventory
- Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Monitor and coordinate administrative workflows
- Assist with preparation for meetings and events.
- Assists as needed with special projects
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associate's degree in a related field OR 2+ years of professional experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship building, and customer service skills
- Understanding of database platform and reporting
- Knowledge of administrative skills & experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make decisions
- Strong communications skills (oral & written) and presentation skills

Compensation:
