Provides administrative support to the Chief Dental Officer.
Responsibilities

• Organizes, creates, and maintains administrative files.
• Creates statistical, narrative reports, recording and producing meeting minutes.
• Provides logistical support e.g., meeting arrangements, calendars, travel, and meals.
• Assists with creation, maintenance and posting of provider schedules.
• Reconcile monthly credit card invoice.

• Ability to manage own duties and responsibilities on a fixed schedule without the need for direction or assistance in prioritization is required.
• Requires more advanced organizational skills, in order to organize projects or the work of others.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• 2 Year degree or relevant experience preferred.
