A leading residential treatment center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead and manage its operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people recover from mental health, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing healthcare or related organizations.
Fulshear Treatment to Transition in a residential treatment center for young adult women with mental health struggles. The clients live at the different campuses for 6-9 months where they focus on healing mental health and launching a healthy, strong, and influential life. Our treatment center staff offer guidance and support to the clients and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

What do you bring to this position?
- Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Behavioral Sciences. Also preferably but not required; Master’s in Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Texas license in said disciplines.
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
- Preferred -five - eight years of leadership experience in mental health field.
- Preferred - Two years of experience in a clinic/outpatient/residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
- Ability to plan and execute a facility budget.
- Knowledge of state laws surrounding documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with government agencies and vendors.
- Ability to pass a state background check.
