West Sound Youth for Christ (WSYFC) is a Christ-centered, nondenominational youth ministry reaching unchurched youth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. WSYFC currently works with over 2,000 kids each month throughout Kitsap County, seeking community transformation through holistic and relational outreach to kids and families of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Our mission is to enable youth to become leaders of change in their community by engaging them in relationships, equipping them with skills, and empowering them through leadership. Motivated by faith in Jesus Christ, Youth for Christ believes every kid can give life to their story.

In keeping with its biblical mission to winyouth to Christ by engaging them in relationship, equipping them in their faith in Jesus, and empowering them to be agents of change in their community, WSYFC is searching for a new Executive Director to guide and direct the staff and volunteers in accomplishing WSYFC’s objectives. The Executive Director is a pivotal and strategic role, requiring a leader who effectively integrates vision and strategy, team development, ministry development, and resource stewardship (fund development, operations, and asset management).

Compensation and Benefits

• $80-110K based on DOE
