Olsten Staffing is searching for an experienced and eager Executive Finance Director in Florence County. This is a Direct placement! The Executive Finance Director will oversee and direct short and long-term financial goals. The Executive Finance Director is always concerned with maintaining the financial well-being of the corporation.

Monday- Friday

8am-5pm

Salary based on experience not to exceed 75k

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the financial reporting is accurate, submitted on time, and in compliance with regulations

Developing effective strategies for the finances

Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements

Oversee/complete all monthly closings and reconcile all bank accounts monthly to include the

General Account and Payroll Account

Analyzing the organization's financial statements Supervising financial and utility billing personnel

Preparing monthly and annual financial plans for the Administrator

Creating strategies for internal growth by reducing costs

Carryout the financial strategy

Maintaining full transparency about the financial performance

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the training and education through a combination of formal education and on-the-job training to fulfill EFD duties. A prospective EFD should have experience in a financial manager position or equivalent and may have worked as a financial analyst or an accountant. The ideal individual will have a degree in finance and /or business administration, special preference will be given to those that have completed the GFOA certification program. Additionally, the candidate should be trustworthy, able to conduct themselves with integrity and honesty, and should have:

The ability to work independently, with strong time-management skills

Responsible decision-making, creative thinking, research, and analysis skills for solving financial problems

The capability to motivate others, develop strategies, and delegate tasks to meet goals

The ability to communicate with people at every level, with both verbal and written communications The aptitude to create and communicate a vision that inspires staff to perform duties quickly and to the best of their ability
