Caldera Industries is a locally owned family business, that is growing quickly. We are currently seeking ​an Experienced Skilled Cabinet Maker/CNC Operator to join our team and help us grow to the next level. *at least 2 years of Cabinet experience - Commercial and Residential *Know how to use a tape measure down to 1/16" accuracy *Can use a power drill competently *Can lift 50-75 lbs (cabinets) *Read shop drawings and project blue prints *Able to read shop / architectural drawings. If you are dependable, highly motivated, enthusiastic, have a strong commitment to perform high quality work, can multitask and are self sustaining as well as the below

• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Control Costs by conserving use of equipment and supplies
• Laminate or edge band items as necessary and put on any required hardware
• Communicate effectively
• Adjust approach to fill demands on the go
• Time Management; able to get tasks done quickly and productively
• Comfortable engaging with team members
• Self-motivated and able to focus and perform outstanding work consistently
• Willing to do more than what is required
• Take the initiative to teach others
• Enjoy working as a team as well as individually
• Disciplined to show up on time and complete tasks by deadlines
• Don’t procrastinate
• We are looking for someone who knows all aspects of the cabinet manufacturing process. Building cabinets, door boring, sanding, edge banding, CNC, etc.

Wage dependent upon ability and experience.
