Southeastern Extrusion and Tool, Inc. is a precision machine shop using state of the art Mazak CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, EDM wire and sinker machines and other highly technologically advanced equipment to create a quality product. Our die engineering department employs trained, experienced professional staff and our capabilities includes the most advanced programing software and 3D modeling capabilities available. Our products are manufactured by craftsman machinist from quality, certified H-13 tool steel and our heat treating and nitride process is second to none in our industry, creating a "long lasting, tough as nails" product to meet the needs of the Aluminum Extruder.

SET provides a great work/life balance for our employees in work schedules. A big percentage (25%) of our positions offers a 3 ½ day work week, with 3 ½ days off per week. With other most positions scheduled typical Monday thru Friday and occasionally Saturdays, typical 40+/- hours per week, allowing for much needed personal and family time.

Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D part prints.

• Ability to read micrometers and Calipers.
• Ability loading programs into CNC machine.
• Experience with CNC controllers, edit G code
• Understand tool setting for machining, tool library, length etc.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Experienced in CNC Mill or Lathe operations. Manufacturing steel dies and tooling a big plus
• Experienced in manufacturing to meet strict deadlines meet production goals set by company,
• Attendance: Ability to be on time and work the entire shift
• Typical 3 1/2 day schedule, night shift availability with $1.00 per hour shift premium for night schedule.

• Ability to learn annd meet process and performance requirements.
