Moreover, we offer a premium of $5/hour for engineers operating automated processes between 6pm and 5am.

Skills:

• Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and responsibilities
• Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. controls, programming, launch, quoting, price negotiation, etc…
• Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere

Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Manufacturing experience is a plus!
