Facilities Business Analyst
Troy, MI (Hybrid, Travel)

Description:
Seeking a highly motivated self-driven technical business analyst who has experience with 5+ years of Facilities operation for manufacturing industry and also have project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
o Investigate currently implemented Building Management System (BMS) and document from North American Manufacturing plants (11 plants) and some other regional offices
o Support regional Facilities team to roll out new SCADA system to the plants
o Conduct gap analysis with different type of Facilities applications for the tech debt uplift and consolidation.
o Manage and/or support small to medium-sized projects from requirement gathering, planning, meeting facilitation, status tracking with KPI, visualization of any impediments
Requirements:
o 5+ years of experience with Facilities operation, especially manufacturing industry
o Have experiences to manage projects with SDLC
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering, Business with MIS preferred
o Good understanding of Scrum/Agile product delivery
o Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
§ Strong attention to detail
§ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organization skills
§ Be able to work in the manufacturing environment and follow the safety standard
§ Be able to work in a team with respect
§ Vehicle manufacturing experience is a plus.
§ Environmental regulation knowledge is a plus
§ Require travel (25%)
Technical Skills:
o BMS experience (MetaSys, iVu, VTScada, Wonderware, Rockwell, etc)
o Microsoft Web Environment - Windows server, IIS, SQL Server
o PLC, SCADA, HMI
o Network (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Firewall)
o Microsoft Office products (Especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
o AWS experience is a plus
o PowerBI/Analytical reporting experience a plus
Confluence, Jira is a plus
