Daily Responsibilities

• Review and curate close notes on completed service events.
• Document processes and keep maintenance invoice records
• Input invoices for our facilities department for all billable services and nonconnected vendors.
• Manage vendor disputes and generate invoice disputes and inquiries.
• Enter daily receipts/invoices for vendors against service events.
• Upload invoicing to customer systems, ensuring timely delivery of invoices to our accounting team.
• Assist vendors with payment inquiries, working closely with the accounting team for payment information

Month-end Responsibilities

• Verify that all service events for the current month have been closed, all paperwork received, and all transactions have been sent, verified, and posted.

• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Exercises sound judgment and discretion in carrying-out duties and responsibilities.
• Must have outstanding problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on his/her feet to resolve urgent situations appropriately and to resolve issues that arise in the general course of business.
• Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and by email with many internal departments to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Must exhibit the ability to maintain professionalism in times of great adversity and pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.27 - $21.00 per hour
