Basic Requirements

• General mechanical knowledge
• Fork lift experience – 2+ years
• Safety experience
• Ability to drive company vehicles and maintain a DOT Med Card.

Basic Job Functions

Vehicles

• General cleaning and washing
• Vehicle check in check out
• Ensure Forklifts have the proper daily or weekly checklist forms available – other employees will do the actual checks
• Monitor charging stations for lift

Fire Prevention

• Fire sprinkler system monthly check. PM
• Fire extinguishers monthly check
• Blocked exits
• Maintain Winneconne FD inspection log.

Create and maintain a PM logPMs on all machines – PM

• Band saw
• Drill press
• Chop saw
• Mitre saw
• Iron Worker brake
• Plating machine
• Floor scrubber
• Thermostats
• Crane
• Sefac
• Generator exercising and output
• Exit light testing - PM

Predictive Maintenance Program

• Critical tool identification – ensure we are not without
• Track unscheduled downtime due to tool issues

Plowing and shoveling snow

• Snow Blower maintenance
• Plow – oil change, grease zerks, general maintenance and cleaning
• Salter – general maintenance and cleaning
• Sidewalk and Entrance snow removal and salting

Spider management and cleaning

• Power wash
• Schedule spider exterminator spray 1X or 2X per year

Tool maintenance and issuance for all employees.

• Issuing toolboxes
• Maintain list of in-stock tools
• Acquire tools needed

Tool crib maintenance and organization – keep all tools operational.Maintain an extra set of keys in the locked key cabinet for everythingHVAC – filter and general maintenanceLighting for entire facility – replace all bulbs as necessaryAbility to drive company vehicles for various purposesGrounds items:

• Lights / bulbs / exit light testing
• Exterior building maintenance (siding, windows, roof, etc.)
• Doors / locks / keys / lockbox / garage doors
• HVAC
• Parking lot maintenance

Assist production leads and manufacturing engineering as required on facility modifications (Racking assembly, disassembly for storage areas, line painting, cart assembly, etc.)Forklift training / road test conductorFirst aid cabinet checks / AED checks / Fire blanketsShop supply cabinet maintenance and organization – inventory.Manage volatile chemical cabinetChemical waste for plating and othersEmergency spill kit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
