Work as part of a team by providing facilities management and operational activities at Honeywell. You will ensure that the facility, properties and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR, supervisors & production operators
- Execute a weekly payroll, including timesheet daily audits, timesheet data entry, and submissions of the production operator’s time
- Apply excellent customer service standards in accordance with company policies
- Communicate and work cohesively across multiple departments and have excellent time management and organization skills
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries
- Administrative duties, fulfill other duties as assigned
- Procurement processes (ordering, receiving supplies and materials)
- Maintains strict confidentially
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Work effectively as a member of a team and perform productively and independently on individual tasks
- Sets and drives priorities
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail & ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Able to work under pressure
- Data entry into spreadsheets and the time keeping system
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Undergraduate degree and/or minimum of two to three years providing office services in a corporate environment
- Due to export laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have protected status
WE VALUE
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a union environment
- Conveys information with clarity and directness
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to document and train others
- Extensive computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- General familiarity with Concur
- Well-founded grasp of SAP
- Strong communication skills with a focus on asking questions and listening to understand
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Process-oriented and desire to follow processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support compliance with relevant local labor & tax laws, internal policies & CBA
- Ability to meet end of week commitments based on deadlines
- Demonstrates integrity
- Relishes accountability
