We seek a motivated individual with a heart to help to be responsible for our mail operations, administrative and operational support, assisting the Managing Director, Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator. Location is Downtown and may include Pearl City, as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficient in Software Applications - Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Access, Outlook.
- High school degree required. Associates degree preferred.
- Three years previous office administrative experience or equivalent with escalating levels of responsibility.
- With at least two years facilities maintenance or coordination experience, may be considered for Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to sit and stand for a minimum of 2 hours at a time.
