Our Team:
The Acadia Comprehensive Treatment Center Region 1 operates 7 outpatient addiction recovery centers across the state of Oregon. Our operation team provides daily oversight and management of an outpatient facility for patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. Our mission is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications. Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic.

Your Responsibilities as a Facilities Project Manager:
- Coordinate capital expenditure needs with Regional Leadership and forecast future needs.
- Forecast effective plan on deployment of capital and budgeting.
- Research and vetting real-estate locations for new business and or relocations.
- Point person for landlord and local clinic management to coordinate and remedy solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop facility maintenance plans, timetables for completion and recommendations for maintenance projects.
- Serve as project manager for small scale, short duration projects.
- Coordinate and manage outside service vendors/contractors/real-estate agents and maintenance staff to complete projects as assigned/necessary.
Your Skills and Qualifications as a Facilities Project Manager:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field preferred.- 2+ years college level construction trade education or 5+ years of construction/maintenance experience required.
- Prefer 10+ years of construction/maintenance supervisory experience.
- Valid state driver's license, where required in a facility.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility.
- Valid Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) will be a plus.
