The Center for Workforce Inclusion is recruiting for a Facilities Service Manager position within the Experience Service Program (ESP) that provides support to the United States Department of the Interior, George Washington Memorial Parkway - National Parks Services (NPS) in McLean, VA.

Role and Responsibilities: The position supports Regions/Parks in the formulation of projects for the management, maintenance, repair and construction of NPS facilities, including building, utilities, trails, roads and other physical assets. Includes writing SOW for service contracts, mowing, custodial and landscaping. Work includes multiple simultaneous projects, ranging from small, single-discipline to large multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.

• Evaluates Park contracting and project processes and devises metrics to evaluate the program. Assists the park in the resolution of park processes and tracking efforts.
• Assist in the development of basic project or contract statements of work or performance work statements, and cost estimates. Track contract performance, and track funding and invoicing processes including purchase requests. Assist in the development of park processes to improve project and contract development, tracking, and close-out.
• Integrates risk management: safety, and compliance: Sect 106 and NEPA in project and contract processes and documents.
• May perform other duties required to support the operation of the division

Qualifications and Education Requirements: Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States; able to pass a Federal Background check; BA/BS in business, engineering or related field; 10+ years in facilities management or related field; knowledge of MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and interact well with people from all areas within the agency. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Office work and onsite inspections may be happening in possible contracting areas (includes roadways, trails, mowing and custodial locations).

Hours & Compensation: Part-Time position working 20 hours per week @ $50 per hour. 3–4-month project
